Public Service Credit Union seeks a Full-Time Teller for our Romulus branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and routine member requests, delivering friendly service while educating members on banking products. A professional, accurate, and secure approach is essential to meet member needs.

Requirements include being 18+, a HS diploma or GED, and prior cash handling/customer service experience. Some Saturdays are required. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and recognize opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Demonstrates the ability to perform job responsibilities independently

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently for members by accepting deposits and withdrawals
• Verify cash and endorsements of checks
• Recommend products and educate members to meet financial goals
• Perform routine member service requests
• Maintain a member-centric, professional attitude
• Prioritize fraud prevention, security, and accuracy
