Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-focused teller with ability to provide basic account services.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service in person, and via phone, chat, email, etc.
• Process daily member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer consistently.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and branch goals.
• Follow teller workflow processes and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in branch meetings, business development, and community engagement.
