Job summary

Alliance Credit Union is seeking a motivated Teller for the South City (Fyler Ave) branch. You will be the face of our branches, delivering a delightful member experience with deposits and withdrawals, while supporting daily operations.

Typical Hours: Mon-Fri with alternating shifts; Pay starts at $18-19/hour plus a $2/hour Saturday bump and additional in-branch shift pay. Opportunities exist for cross-training bonuses and career growth within a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and accuracy in transactions.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
• Familiarity with teller systems and standard software tools.
• Knowledge of credit union products and regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service in person and via phone, chat, or email.
• Process daily member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer consistently.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products to meet goals.
• Follow teller workflows and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in branch meetings, business development and community engagement.
