Alliance Credit Union is seeking a motivated Teller to join our OFallon branch. You will provide friendly member service, handle transactions, and help customers with account questions, aiming to deliver a seamless member experience.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday with rotating shifts; Saturdays required with a pay bump. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the credit union.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service (in person, and via phone, chat, email, etc.) while delivering the Alliance Credit Union brand promise.
• Process daily member transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Balance your cash drawer consistently.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and branch goals.
