• Analytical ability to research and resolve member issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, through drive-ups, and by telephone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions; correct errors.
• Promote Credit Union products and refer to specialists as needed.
• Open/close the branch following procedures; perform misc duties.
