Job summary

You will handle cash with care, explain basic credit union products, and represent the credit union professionally as you balance tills and assist teammates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly teller services and balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Balances ATM when applicable.
• May train to open/close duties with on-site manager.
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross-trained to assist in other branch positions.
• May attend trainings at headquarters or off-site locations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
