APGFCU is seeking a Teller to join our team in Virginia. You will handle member transactions, provide high-quality service, and cross-sell APGFCU products while adhering to security policies and teller standards.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing daily activity, and assisting in branch settlements. A high school diploma and cash handling experience are required or preferred, with Saturday hours and branch mobility as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum six months customer service experience is required.
• Six months of cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet members professionally and process transactions within authority limits.
• Refer members to appropriate products and services.
• Complete night deposit and branch settlement tasks.
