Qualifications

• 1-3 years of top-notch customer service, imaginative problem resolution and relationship building.
• Associate’s or equivalent experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Create an environment of exceptional member service with sound financial wellness advice.
• Develop and build relationships with Chartway’s member base through proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with branch team and other departments to find solutions for members.
• Handle member transactions and assist with new accounts, personal financing, and deposits.
• Represent Chartway positively in the community and maintain compliance with regulations.
