Job summary

Elements Financial in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Financial Solutions Expert to join our on-site branch team. You will act as a partner to members, advise on products and services, and collaborate with sales and operations to deliver exceptional service.

You will drive sales through proactive outreach, assist with teller tasks when needed, and participate in branch events and community outreach while maintaining a strong product knowledge across all departments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years college and 3 years financial institution or retail experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient at working with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong follow up skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage skills, knowledge, and experience to invest in the community.
• Ability to foster an inclusive environment that promotes belonging.
• A focus on respect and excellent service to both external and internal (team) members.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the loan process for consumer and mortgage loans.
• Proactively complete outbound sales calls for member follow-up and acquisition of new business.
• Transform service issues into sales opportunities.
• Assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in table events and outside SEG presentations as needed.
• Promote technology usage by interacting with members.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to meet branch goals.
• Support branch staffing needs by working at other branch locations/departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
