Qualifications

• Provide exceptional member service in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Outstanding communication skills are required.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
• Recent cash handling skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide members with service for paying and receiving transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily according to policy.
• Cross-sell credit union services as opportunities arise.
• Assist members with online banking needs and transfers.
• Open new share accounts and issue cards.
• Process loan payments and IRA withdrawals.
