Fibre Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Financial Services Representative (Teller) to support our Longview, Kelso, Castle Rock & Woodland, WA locations and Rainier, OR locations. Training for the position will be 2-3 months at the Commerce Financial Services Center in Longview, WA.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with a wage range of $18.82 to $29.41. This is not a remote position; you will provide friendly, accurate service, handle deposits and withdrawals, and cross-sell credit union

Qualifications

• Possess high school diploma or equivalent and be reliable and professional.
• Provide exceptional member service in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Be bondable and capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous teller service including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Assist members with payroll transactions, statements, wire transfers, and online banking needs.
• Cross-sell Credit Union services and balance cash daily according to policy.
• Open new accounts and issue cards; perform vault duties as needed.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Providemembers with service for a variety of paying and receiving transactions.Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service. Able to answer basic memberquestions related to all phases of the Credit Union. May perform vault dutiesat some service center locations.

Performpaying and receiving transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loanpayments, and miscellaneous transactions.

Assistmembers with payroll transactions, stop payments, address changes, statementcopies, wire transfers, and removing and/or adding flags.

Crosssell Credit Union services as opportunities arise.

Balanceassigned teller cash daily according to policy.

Crosstrain in other areas of the teller department where needed. Assist members with online banking needsincluding manual registration, password reset, unlock users, and add/removelinked accounts.

Submitloan application information for members to Consumer Lending.

Processskip payment requests.

PerformIRA withdrawals.

Opennew share accounts including sub accounts, certificates, and checking accounts.

Instantissue cards to members.

Completetickets in Member Services queue.

Establishmembership for new members.

Removesigners from personal accounts.

Completename changes on accounts.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Provide exceptional member service in a friendly and efficient manner

Outstanding communication skills

Physical Requirements - Ability to lift 20 pounds andcarry a cash drawer. Ability to stand for extended periods as required.

Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required

Recent cash handling skills preferred
