Job summary

Talentify in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to deliver positive member experiences through consultative, empathetic service in person and over the phone. You will accurately process transactions and recommend financial products to meet member needs.

You will deepen member relationships by applying knowledge of credit union products, supporting branch goals, and participating in community events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months tenure in the Financial Services Representative I/II path or related progression as described in evaluation plans.
• Experience in financial services and customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive member experiences through consultative, empathetic service in person and over the phone.
• Accurately perform transactions and member service activities.
• Deepen member relationships with knowledge of products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Onboard members in the system and set appointments to meet needs.
• Process loan applications and closings according to policies and ECOA/FCRA rules.
• Support the Member Service Center with calls and branch promotions.
