Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a Branch Experience Consultant at our Riverside NM location to deliver superior member service and promote products through consultative sales. You will handle account openings, lending solutions, and resolving issues while supporting the greeter desk and mentoring staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and comfort with Windows/MS Office and 10-key.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• 2 years of direct member contact experience in financial products & services; 6 months teller experience.
• Familiarity with platform operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial services through a consultative approach to determine the most value-added products and/or services.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of core system and loan/deposit platforms.
• Support the greeter’s desk to establish rapport with guests/members and direct to appropriate area.
• Provide universal dual support to both teller and new account operations.
• Promote member-first education culture and coach staff to meet education goals.
• Click listening to voice of the member to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in marketing campaigns to increase member engagement.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and complete mandatory training.
