Job summary

Del Norte Credit Union in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Virtual Experience Consultant to provide personalized member service through phone and in-person channels. You will guide deposit and lending solutions, interview applicants, and ensure confidential, compliant processing while promoting DNCU’s mission of improving lives.

The role requires in-branch work at the Rio Rancho location, with a focus on credit analysis, needs-based education, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in consumer lending or related roles.
• In-person work at Rio Rancho branch is required.
• Ability to interview loan applicants and collect personal/financial data.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial services via consultative approach to meet needs (accounts, loans, cards).
• Demonstrate knowledge of core systems and loan/deposit platforms.
• Interview loan applicants and prepare credit decisions per standards.
• Ensure documents are collected for loan processing per policy.
• Participate in staff training and coaching.
