Job summary

Sam's Club in Salina, KS is seeking a Customer Service Associate for Tire & Battery Center operations. You will assist members with purchases, service decisions, and scheduling while maintaining safety and order on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include overseeing merchandise displays, handling claims, returns, and repairs, and applying product knowledge to recommend the best tire and battery solutions. Previous retail and auto service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain TBC safety standards on the sales floor.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, installation scheduling, and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service, explain warranties, and handle payments and returns.
• Monitor lead times, order statuses, and communicate changes to members.
• Support with merchandise presentation and stock organization.
