Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework or banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to support retention.
• Identify member needs and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Provide friendly, efficient service, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments with accuracy.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and uphold risk and fraud prevention procedures.
