Job summary

California Coast Credit Union in San Diego seeks a dedicated financial service professional to deliver exceptional member service and cross-sell CCCU products. You will promote accounts, process loans, and help maintain compliance in a supportive branch environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a busy retail banking setting and contribute to community initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PFR I: 1 year experience in a financial institution or related field.
• PFR II: 2 years experience in a financial institution with 1 year in sales/service.
• PFR III: 3 years experience in a financial institution with 2 years in sales/service.
• Excellent communication, sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate standard business machines such as computer, printer, fax, copier.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and service goals.
• Process new accounts and loans accurately.
• Adhere to cash, key and dual control policies.
• Follow security procedures and comply with policies.
• Support member growth and participate in duties as assigned.
