Job summary

California Coast Credit Union seeks a Personal Financial Representative to provide exceptional member service while promoting CCCU products and services. You will open new accounts, assist with consumer and real estate loans, and ensure accurate documentation in support of long-term member relationships.

The role requires handling cash, following BSA/AML guidelines, and maintaining knowledge of all products and procedures.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
PFR I: 1 year experience in a financial institution or related field.
PFR II: 2 years experience in a financial institution (with 1 year as a PFR) or related field plus proven sales/service performance.
PFR III: 3 years experience in a financial institution (with 2 years as a PFR) or related field plus proven sales/service performance.

Responsibilities

Meets/exceeds monthly/annual sales and service goals.
Follows quality service standards to ensure exceptional service.
Opens new accounts and cross-sells CCCU products/services to build long-term relations.
Processes consumer and real estate loans and ensures documents are accurate.
Performs duties to ensure compliance with internal policy and external regulations; acts as a back-up to other roles.
