Responsibilities

• As a Member Services Representative you provide members with an unprecedented experience and encourage them in achieving their fitness goals.
• You will ensure the club is clean and welcoming.
• Assist with member enrollment and tours at the welcome desk.
• Introduce members to PF Black Card amenities and benefits.
• Check in members and greet/farewell them as they enter or leave.
• Lead fun, energetic interactions and promote growth within the team.
• Be adaptable to varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
