Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a financial institution or customer-facing role preferred.
• Cash handling experience and strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of deposit accounts and digital banking services.
• Ability to educate members on digital banking tools and services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Process routine Teller transactions and account servicing.
• Open and maintain consumer, business, and specialty accounts.
• Explain account features and services to members.
