Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller in Provo, UT. You will greet members, handle routine transactions, and advise on MACU products to help members reach their financial goals.

The role requires at least six months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and will involve working with a friendly, governed team in a busy branch environment. Training is provided with full-time hours during the first week.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial products and services to members.
• Capable of meeting sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and facilitating transactions.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member goals.
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling and basic transactions.
• Represent the credit union professionally and maintain accuracy in record keeping.
