Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is hiring at the Meridian location to deliver exceptional member service, handle transactions, and promote MACU products. The role requires engaging with members to understand needs and provide solutions while supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Resolves member questions and guides transactions with accuracy and care.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the branch and maintain branch security.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member needs and achieve sales goals.
