Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Member Service Representative to join our Meridian branch. You will assist members with opening and servicing accounts, answering questions, and guiding them to MACU tools and services.

This full‑time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday shifts, competitive starting pay of $17.50 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least six months of customer service experience. Industry experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and guiding transactions.
• Cross-sell MACU products to meet member goals.
• Maintain branch cash drawer and process transactions per policy.
• Follow up with members and complete onboarding processes.
