Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience (Teller I)
• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling (Teller III)
• Understanding of financial services regulatory policies and compliance

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Identify members’ product and service needs and promote offerings.
• Support branch operations, balancing, and end-of-day procedures.
