• 0-1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience
• Minimum of 3 years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling, customer service
• Understanding of financial services regulatory policies and compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate processing of members' financial transactions and maintain record keeping of member accounts
• Contribute to sales goals by identifying members’ product and service needs and promoting Members 1st services
• Balance procedures and end-of-day procedures and support general branch operations
