Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area.
• Provide member service and assist with purchasing decisions and memberships.
• Promote Sam's Club products, services, and membership benefits.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; assist with member feedback and issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize merchandise, and ensure availability of carts and services.
