Job summary

Sam's Club Fargo is hiring for a Full-time position. The role involves supervising associates, guiding member service, and supporting membership activities to drive satisfaction and sales.

The associate will assist with operations, cart logistics, and basic accounting tasks while upholding Walmart standards. Minimum qualifications include at least 6 months of retail and customer service experience, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties and provide guidance on member service approaches.
• Communicate goals and feedback, train associates on processes and procedures, and resolve member issues per policy.
• Support membership by providing information on types, programs and benefits, processing memberships and renewals.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and guiding self-service options.
• Handle claims, returns, and organize merchandise, while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and accounting tasks following store policies.
