Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsabilités

• Assist management with supervising associates and assigning duties in the assigned area.
• Communicate and support member service approaches to resolve member complaints and issues.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts and promote membership renewals.
• Promote and explain Walmart products and services to members and assist with shopping decisions.
