Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Chino, CA is seeking an energetic Retail Associate to deliver outstanding member service and support store operations. You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and help supervise team members while following Walmart policies and the Open Door Policy. Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
Leading a team or supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring and workload management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology and product recommendations.
Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, coaching, training and ensuring timely, quality work.
Receives, stocks and organizes supplies and merchandise; maintains sales floor and displays; handles returns and pricing per policy.
Monitors product quality, rotation, recalls and sanitation; ensures safe, clean and organized departments.
Supports store operations including planning, scheduling, and adhering to Open Door Policy and company ethics.
