Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and giving feedback
• Provide member service guidance and help members with purchases
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; encourage renewals
• Handle claims, returns, and merchandise; keep area tidy and organized
• Perform cash handling duties and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement processes with managers to meet business needs
• Lead teams, train others and foster a collaborative work environment
