Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely team-lift and maneuver items up to 100+ pounds.
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Mobility for kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Check in on members' experience throughout their visit and build connections.
• Prepare vehicles before wash, following SOPs, ensuring clear hand signals for smooth flow.
• Maintain stock of towels and cleaners in carts for interior use during visits.
• Keep location clean and organized; perform side-work and tasks assigned by leadership.
• Work collaboratively as part of a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Follow all safety regulations and policies at all times.
• May perform basic to intermediate-level technology tasks as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Treat others with respect and dignity at all times.
