Responsibilities

• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and energy.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective clients (intros).
• Manage front desk tasks including answering phones and member communications.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Collaborate with trainers to support member onboarding.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and grow.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into sign-ups.
• Address member concerns professionally and aim for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and studio clean-up tasks.
