Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club location in La Marque, TX is seeking a front-end/ member services associate. You will provide member service, verify memberships, operate front-end equipment, and assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges.

You will also promote products, guide members on self-service tech, and help maintain a safe, organized shopping area. The role requires teamwork, attention to safety, and the ability to train others on company processes.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues.
• Maintain checkout area and process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self-service technologies.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed and assist with training of associates.
• Zone and organize merchandise, assist with facilitating purchases, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Document and report incidents, participate in safety sweeps, and monitor for shrink and damages.
