Qualifikationen

• Provide high-quality member service through phone, email, and chat channels, resolving inquiries about accounts and products.
• Process account transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check orders.
• Assist members with online banking services and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services to members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and regulations relevant to members.
• Handle member complaints professionally, aiming for timely resolution.
• Document member interactions in the CRM for reference and quality control.
• Participate in training to improve skills and product knowledge.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization.
