Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months’ related experience.
• Call center and digital service experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency and adaptability.
• Knowledge of credit union products/services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, chat, and email in general and specialty queues.
• Resolve digital service issues and provide technical support.
• Assist with digital training for new hires as needed
• Meet KPIs and call volume goals.
• Educate members on Clearview’s products and promotions.
• Stay updated on procedures, promotions, and member trends.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and member service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
