Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Belmont, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to welcome Planet Fitness members, answer questions, process sign-ups and tours, and support a Judgement Free experience across our clubs.

Starting pay is $11.00 per hour, with increases at 180 days, 1 year and every six months thereafter based on the anniversary date. Benefits include PTO, Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card Membership.

Qualifications

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
