Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Member Experience Representative to support member outreach and ensure a positive experience across our 40+ Houston locations. You will conduct welcome, disenrollment, and health screening reminder calls, document outcomes in SharePoint, and collaborate with other teams to deliver coordinated care.

Requirements: HS diploma, 1+ year CS, excellent communication and English proficiency; preferred: MA certification, bilingual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program.
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a contact center.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Computer literate with ability to document call outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support member outreach to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Perform welcome calls, disenrollment calls, and health screening reminders via outbound calls.
• Document call outcomes in SharePoint and other systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to support a positive member experience.
