Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years medical office experience including customer service, cash handling, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical billing; or 1+ year as Ambulatory Service Representative II at KSC.
• EMR experience and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; English fluency in speaking and writing.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed job duties of a financial reviewer, patient service representative, PBX operator, appointments clerk and/or medical records clerk.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the site manager.
