Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, UT, is seeking a diligent Member Services Attendant. You will be the first impression for members, handling inquiries, emails, and reservations while supporting events and daily operations with a focus on exceptional service.

Reporting to the Member Services Manager, the role emphasizes guest relations, multitasking, and collaboration with department heads to ensure a seamless member experience at a luxury property managed by Troon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a forward-facing customer service role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Exceptional service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival.
• Respond to emails and member requests promptly.
• Assist with member events and restaurant seating.
• Maintain positive relations with members and guests.
• Support management with various tasks and back-up Public Area work.
