Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, UT, invites you to join our friendly team as a Community Greeter. You will be the first impression for members and guests, delivering warm, attentive service and guiding visitors through our luxury community.

Qualifications

• This role requires friendly, warm and caring service to members and guests.
• Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working alone while being a strong team player.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Prior front-facing customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook and Word; willingness to learn more tools.
• Ability to write daily shift reports and maintain concise records.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors with warmth and a positive attitude.
• Provide courteous, efficient and genuine service to all
• Verify access for authorized individuals and assist those without credentials
• Interact with staff, members, guests, contractors and vendors
• Answer calls and respond to emails promptly and kindly
• Maintain tidy, professional daily documentation and office space
• Lock/unlock facilities as needed and support safety reporting
• Assist with events, parking, signage and related tasks for the community and club
