Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, UT, is seeking a customer‑focused Community Greeter to welcome members, guests and visitors. This role is part of Troon’s global luxury golf and community management platform, with a focus on first impressions and outstanding service.

The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks, from greeting and access control to daily shift reporting, coordinating with department heads, and supporting events, with flexibility for early mornings,

Qualifications

• Provide genuine customer service to visitors and members.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end properties preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Word and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Ensure access control and assist those lacking proper credentials.
• Interact with employees, members, guests, contractors and vendors.
• Answer calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Maintain concise, professional daily shift reports and office cleanliness.
• Lock/unlock facilities and monitor safety and security as needed.
• Support events, parking, signage and related tasks for the community and club.
