Job summary

PFCU is seeking an Experience Specialist at the branch level to deliver outstanding member service, process transactions accurately, and promote financial products. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to policies, and a focus on building member relationships.

The position supports multiple levels (I–III) with increasing responsibilities, including notary duties, safe deposit access, and team training. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist members with courteous, professional service and accurate cash handling.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Adhere to security, OFAC, Red Flag, and AML procedures.
• Open and maintain member accounts and perform routine transactions.

Responsibilities

• Build member relationships and promote credit union products and services.
• Perform cash transactions, verify IDs, balance drawers, and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with Safe Deposit Box access and notary duties as needed.
• Support branch operations and training of team members.
