• Assist members with memberships, loan accounts, share accounts, and required documents; perform data entry in compliance with audit requirements.
• Process member transactions and serve as the initial point of contact between Wescom and members; refer members to Wescom products and services when appropriate.
• Promote member engagement by delivering accurate information and assisting with loan products, including home equity and mortgages.
