Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience within a financial institution with sales success.
• Expert knowledge of Teller and MSR functions, new accounts, member service, and loan products.
• Ability to professionally assist members with all credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Assist with member inquiries including rates and accounts.
• Open and service accounts (Regular Shares, Share Draft, Money Market, IRAs).
• Provide phone support and member assistance for branch operations.
• Balance teller activity and reconcile end-of-day procedures.
