SoCal Fitness Partners is seeking a Member Services Representative in Simi Valley, CA. The role focuses on delivering a positive member experience, greeting guests, handling front desk duties, and guiding new and prospective members through tours and rate presentations.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year in customer service, basic computer skills, and a passion for fitness. You will interact with members and coworkers professionally and help maintain a clean, welcoming club

Qualifications

• One-year plus experience in customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge in the use of computer technology.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Ability to interact effectively, positively and consistently with members, guests, visitors and coworkers.
• Focus on consistently exceeding member expectations.
• Demonstrated diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answers phones in a friendly manner and assists callers with a variety of questions.
• Checks members into the system.
• Completes new member and potential new member facility tours.
• Presents rate presentations to potential members.
• Registers new members for membership.
• Facilitates needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Responds to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevates to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assists in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
