Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club Kentwood location is seeking a customer-focused associate to support member services, operate the front-end, and handle purchases and returns. You will promote products, assist with self-service technology, and assist with training new front-line staff.

You will maintain a safe, organized checkout area, process transactions, and help members with purchasing decisions while upholding Walmart’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register) and using mobile retail apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues.
• Maintain checkout area and process member purchases.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with training of Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
• Ensure safety, security, and a clean, organized store environment.
