Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly to create a friendly entrance.
• Provide security and control at the front door and retail area.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Monitor check-ins and notify supervisor of delinquencies.
• Register guests and direct them to fitness consultants.
• Answer phones professionally and route inquiries.
• Log and follow up on telephone inquiries to confirm appointments.
• Attend staff meetings and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear uniform with nametag.
• Handle retail and concession sales and restock as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of smoothie bar area and equipment.
