Job summary

TEKsystems in Richland, WA is seeking a Contract-to-Hire customer service professional to support members by phone or email, handling inquiries, and performing account maintenance with urgency and care.

You will help deepen relationships, meet key metrics, and identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services while adhering to policies and regulations in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year experience in call center customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment; familiarity with call center software.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to promote deep and lasting member relationships.
• Answers general inquiries and performs account maintenance via phone or email channels.
• Meets/exceeds key metrics and resolves problems with urgency.
• Takes ownership of member concerns and provides timely follow-up/resolution.
