Job summary

Walmart is seeking a friendly Member Frontline Services associate for the Zanesville, OH area. You will provide member service, operate front-end equipment, process purchases, and assist with returns while promoting Sam's Club products.

You’ll support self-checkout guidance, maintain a safe shopping area, and help with training on new technology and programs to improve processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Ability to work with mobile retail applications and guidance tools.
• Willingness to learn new technology and tools used at checkout.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases and payments.
• Maintain checkout area, process returns and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam's Club products, assist with self-service technology, and ensure safety and security.
