Walmart in York, PA is seeking a front-line associate to deliver member service at the Sam's Club checkout. You will help at the register, assist members with purchases, returns and questions, and promote Sam's Club products and services.

The role involves guiding members on self-service tech and maintaining a safe, clean shopping area. Responsibilities include merchandising, zone maintenance, and supporting training for new Frontline Services associates.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Maintains checkout area and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Guides and supports members regarding self-service technology.
• Maintains area, locates merchandise, and assists with transporting items.
• Keeps records, logs and documentation; supports safety and security practices.
